Well Guys and Girls, I really wanted this to be finished for May 1st, sadly that hasnt happened even though i have worked on this solidly for the last 5 days! I'm well over 70% finished though so keep checking back as release is imminent!

I have recently been working on a new version of Liberum Helpdesk bringing together all my mods and the most asked for features from Liberum v0.97.3


I will be calling the new version Liberum Service Desk and the end goal is to develop into a fully functional helpdesk system compatible with most ITIL standards.


This version is only going to be developed with SQL Server as a backend and tutorials will soon be available helping you to install SQL Express to speed deployment in new enviroments.
